Monster Hunter Now collaborates with ONE OK ROCK to launch a new music video ‘Make It Out Alive’

The title will release worldwide on the 14th of September

Ahead of the official launch, Niantic and Capcom‘s AR title Monster Hunter Now has collaborated with the Japanese rock band ONE OK ROCK. As per their latest collaboration with the video game, the band has released a music video titled Make It Out Alive. The music video teased monsters and weapons from the game along with its metallic vibe throughout the song. ONE OK ROCK was formed in 2005 and earned popularity and craze over the years as the band features brilliant rock music and electrifying performances.

The game was soft-launched in selected countries such as CanadaHong KongSweden, and Singapore on the 8th of August 2023. The soft launch was only for Android devices, but the game will be available for iOS as well after its release. Before, the title was announced last April and the closed beta came in last month. However, Monster Hunter Now will be available worldwide on the 14th of September.

Monster Hunter Now has crossed 2 million pre-registrations ahead of its worldwide launch

Monster Hunter Now has crossed 2 million pre-registrations. The game set up a few milestones for the pre-registration and announced rewards for reaching each of them. Shortly after the game opened its pre-registration, it surplussed 1 million and now hit the next million as well. Players will receive freebies for reaching milestones. And for the 2 million reach, it will give “2x Makeup” and “+500 Item Box Expansion”. The rewards will be available to each pre-registered player after its worldwide launch.

Monster Hunter Now has a touch of Niantic’s philosophy as the company believes in participating in online games where players will roam in the real world at the same time. Without being confined in a room or similar spaces, Niantic always wanted the players to go out and enjoy the games to keep a balance in both worlds. Thus, the upcoming title got a similar touch where players will go out and explore the nearby places. The game’s mechanics are inspired by Niantic’s hit title Pokémon Go.

So far, many positive comments have been spotted from the fans on several social media handles that shared the collaboration. They look excited and pumped up for the upcoming title. Fans will be looking to get their hands on the game and experience another hit AR title from Niantic. The latest music video just raised the expectation bar.
