Starfield, one of the most anticipated games of this decade is just around the horizon and it’s high time for everyone to hop on the hype train and fancy their chances to get their hands on the magical universe that Bethesda has created. It is officially set to launch on Xbox and PC, while being a day-one exclusive to Game Pass on the 6th of September, 2023. The early access to the game goes live on the 1st of September, 2023. Therefore, it’s natural to have a curiosity in every mobile gamer’s mind as well about whether they’d be able to get their hands on this magical universe or if Starfield will ever arrive on mobile platforms, and that’s precisely what we’re going to discuss in this article.

Starfield: Overview for newbies

While there’s a very low chance that you’ve never heard of Starfield if you somehow missed it here’s a brief look at the game itself. Starfield is an upcoming game from Bethesda, frequently crowned as the creator of one of the best games and rich worlds in the history of gaming. It’s no surprise that their first single-player narrative-focused game in almost a decade would garner as much hype as it has already.

The game takes place in space, where the player is an explorer as far as shown by Bethesda. He eventually joins a group of space troops to uncover the origin behind a mysterious artifact. While not much has been revealed about the narrative, what we know, the gameplay looks stunning. According to Starfield Direct, the universe will have a whopping 1000 planets to explore with a few of them having handcrafted gargantuan cities, complex politics and factions, and the other majority platens.

These would be procedurally generated with a few handcrafted points of interest thrown in randomly. All in all, it is hailed as the most ambitious project from Bethesda, and considering what Bethesda has done so far, that statement alone speaks volumes about the importance of Starfield in gaming.

Previous mobile ports from Bethesda Softworks

Bethesda are phenomenal developers for their mammoth creations in the gaming scene. However, they also have some fairly enormous titles under their belt as a publisher. Bethesda publishes gems like Doom(2016), Doom Eternal, Dishonored series, Evil Within, and  Wolfestine series.

Starfield Gameplay
Image via Bethesda Softworks

Bethesda has previously ported or rather made some mobile versions of their published titles such as Mighty Doom, Fallout Shelter, and The Elder Scrolls: Blades. While they aren’t anywhere near their console/PC counterparts, they have somewhat tried to bring in the same charm and atmosphere to these games.

Reasons why Starfield Mobile development is a far-fetched dream

1. Mismatch in quality between mobile and console games

While this point might be disappointing to some, but a viable argument nonetheless. Currently, mobile games haven’t evolved to a stage where console games could be replicated or ported here. To make a mobile game from a high-budget ARPG like Starfield, it would take a herculean effort from Bethesda, as they’d have to make the game from the ground up.

As apparent in all the aforementioned mobile games, the quality of gameplay and visuals are completely different in a negative way than the originals. This is due to the current mobile gaming landscape and the fact that the majority of the games have to be free. At the time of writing, Starfield on consoles seems to be hovering around 125 GB, and porting this massive game over to mobile doesn’t seem viable or possible, by any stretch of the imagination thus far.

2. Hardware limitations can be a roadblock

It’s probably common knowledge but mobile devices, even the most expensive ones aren’t even close to the latest hardware. To remain in such a short form factor is definitely alright as a bulky piece of hardware can’t be considered “mobile”. Starfield contains 1000 planets with some handcrafted ones and even littered with side quests and stories and it’d be very naive to imagine that sort of vastness on mobile.

Starfield, Starfield Mobile
Image via Bethesda Softworks

While mobile games aren’t only limited by graphics and such limitations also come in the form of storage, it is a point that this game is almost 125 GB pre-launch, which is nowadays, considered the standard size for AAA games. However, mobile games which usually go over 1 GB and upwards, is often said to be very bulky game. Therefore, mobile hardware is almost incapable of running a game of such caliber as of now.

Recent initiatives from publishers

Publishers are pushing the pursuit of the mobile gaming industry more and more, as we see plans from Ubisoft for AC and Rainbow Six on mobile, as well as Activision Blizzard pushing for COD Warzone on mobile. All of the aforementioned examples lead towards some form of Starfield being shrunk into a simplistic and addictive or probably cooperative mobile game. Although, it wouldn’t be a proper version of Starfield.

Starfield on mobile may be possible in the future

Till now, we have only discussed why Starfield cannot be crammed into your mobile devices in its original form with all dignity intact. However, there is definitely a chance for it to make it into mobile devices in the future as nobody thought games like GTA VC or San Andres could be playable on mobile, at the time of release. But, it is a reality now. Although Microsoft’s exclusivity over the app can be a hurdle, eventually things could turn out this way anyhow. However, this might take much longer than you can hold your breath to play Starfield on your mobile.

However, there might just be a way that with proper equipment and steps, players could actually play.

How to play Starfield on mobile

The answer to the ever-impossible question lies in the wonderful technology of cloud gaming. It is quite clearly apparent that we’re talking about Xcloud. By using Xcloud, players can jump over the hurdle of hardware limitations of their mobile devices by overcompensating with their internet connection, as a very stable and constant internet connection is required to play such games on mobile. Even an old or low-spec device can run massive games without issues.

As Starfield is primarily a single-player narrative-driven ARPG, it doesn’t require knee-jerk reactions. Slight input delays, due to connection, won’t be an issue for most of the players, as well as, the resolution will look even more crisp on smaller screens. Here’s a detailed guide on how to use Xcloud services properly.

Arena Breakout is developed by Tencent Games where players are immersed in a gripping action first-person shooter that stands out from the crowd with its unique emphasis on stealth and finesse. Unlike many traditional shooter games that prioritize fast-paced gunplay, Arena Breakout compels players to approach the gameplay with a more strategic mindset. The game’s dynamic and interactive environments become essential tools as players must cleverly utilize cover, stealth, and verticality to gain an advantage over challenges.

Each engagement demands thoughtful consideration of the surroundings, careful planning of movements, and the implementation of astute tactics. Arena Breakout’s distinctive approach to the FPS genre creates an immersive and rewarding experience for players seeking a deeper level of engagement and satisfaction in their gaming journey.

How Arena Breakout differs from other FPS Games

One of the standout features of Arena Breakout is its commitment to ultra-realism in gameplay. Players are required to manually reload their weapons, pack items thoughtfully, and meticulously equip and customize their guns. The attention to detail extends to the stamina system and injuries, where players must manage their character’s endurance and tend to specific wounds and fractures using appropriate painkillers and treatments.

Realistic Weapon Handling

Arena Breakout differentiates itself from typical FPS games by offering a more authentic and immersive weapon-handling experience. Unlike fast-paced shooters with arcade-style gunplay, Arena Breakout requires players to carefully manage weapon actions and reloads, adding a level of realism rarely seen in other titles.

Players must be mindful of their ammunition and make tactical decisions about when to reload during intense encounters. This realistic weapon handling mechanic creates a more engaging and challenging gameplay experience, where precision and timing are crucial for success.

Thoughtful Item Management

In Arena Breakout, players are compelled to approach item management with careful consideration and planning. Unlike streamlined inventory systems found in many FPS games, this title challenges players to strategize and optimize their loadout for each mission. Every item, from medical supplies to equipment and grenades, plays a vital role in their survival and success.

Players must make tough decisions about what to carry, balancing offense and defense according to the mission’s requirements. This emphasis on thoughtful item management adds an additional layer of depth and strategy, making each decision feel critical to the overall gameplay experience.

Meticulous Gun Customization

Arena Breakout’s gun customization system sets it apart from other shooters by offering an extensive and realistic level of customization. Players have the freedom to fine-tune various aspects of their firearms, including optics, barrel attachments, grips, and more.

This level of detail allows players to personalize their weapons to suit their playstyle and preferences with the Gunsmith system. This feature empowers players to create unique and effective load-outs that reflect their individual strategies.

Stamina and Injuries

Arena Breakout incorporates a realism-driven stamina system and injury mechanics, further setting it apart from the standard FPS games. Players must manage their character’s endurance during intense combat and other physically demanding situations.

Additionally, they must deal with injuries by applying appropriate medical supplies to treat specific wounds and fractures. This attention to stamina and injuries enhances the game’s immersive and tactical nature, forcing players to think about their character’s physical limitations and take calculated risks during missions.

Survival Elements

Unlike typical FPS games that solely focus on combat, Arena Breakout introduces survival elements such as food and water management. These factors play a crucial role in the character’s sustenance, affecting their performance and overall survival during missions.

Players must plan for resources or plan their approach strategically to ensure they have access to essential supplies. This addition of survival elements elevates the gameplay experience, introducing an extra layer of challenge and making the game more dynamic and immersive.

Dynamic Environments

Arena Breakout offers dynamic and interactive environments, providing players with opportunities to use their surroundings strategically. Unlike linear and static settings found in some FPS games, this feature allows players to explore their creativity and adapt their tactics based on the changing environment.

This dynamic element adds an unpredictable aspect to the gameplay, encouraging players to think on their feet and make split-second decisions during intense encounters.

Challenging AI

One of the distinguishing features of Arena Breakout is its sophisticated AI opponents. Unlike some FPS games with predictable enemy behaviors, this title offers more intelligent and challenging AI, making combat encounters unpredictable and demanding.

Players must adapt to the AI’s tactics, requiring them to think strategically and act swiftly to outsmart their opponents. This creates an engaging and rewarding experience for players seeking a more challenging and intense FPS adventure.

Arena Breakout vs other titles

Compared to Call of Duty Mobile, Arena Breakout goes beyond the standard mobile FPS experience by offering a more immersive and survival-oriented approach. The inclusion of food and water management forces players to consider their character’s sustenance and performance during missions. This survival element creates a more engaging and dynamic gameplay experience.

Additionally, Arena Breakout’s gun customization system sets it apart from Call of Duty Mobile’s more streamlined approach. Players can fine-tune various aspects of their weapons, allowing for a greater level of personalization and strategy. This level of detail empowers players to create unique load-outs that align with their playstyle, giving them a greater sense of customization and investment in their in-game loadouts.

On the other hand, when compared to PUBG, Arena Breakout offers a narrative-driven campaign that immerses players in a rich storytelling experience. The inclusion of a single-player campaign with mission challenges gives players a purpose beyond standard multiplayer matches. Moreover, the survival elements present in Arena Breakout, such as food and water management, make it a more immersive and strategic experience.

Players must plan their actions carefully, considering their character’s sustenance and health while navigating through the game’s dynamic environments. This combination of tactical gameplay, survival elements, and a compelling narrative sets Arena Breakout apart from PUBG Mobile’s more straightforward battle royale experience.

Final Thoughts

In conclusion, Arena Breakout offers a refreshing and immersive action first-person shooter experience. It distinguishes itself from typical shooters by emphasizing strategic elements such as ultra-realism and thoughtful planning. The game’s dynamic environments and interactive settings create a playground for players to employ creative tactics and adapt to various missions and challenges.

Arena Breakout’s attention to realism, manual weapon handling, and survival elements like food and water management add depth and complexity, making it a standout choice for players seeking an authentic and rewarding FPS adventure. With its unique approach to the genre, Arena Breakout provides an engaging and satisfying gaming journey for those seeking a deeper level of immersion and enjoyment in their gameplay.

Arena Breakout is developed by Tencent Games as an action first-person shooter that immerses players in diverse missions and challenges. Notably, the game’s focus on stealth and finesse sets it apart. For FPS enthusiasts, it inevitably evokes comparisons to Escape from Tarkov due to undeniable similarities. This article will explore the similarities and differences between the two games.

Gameplay Similarities between Arena Breakout and Escape from Tarkov

One striking similarity between Arena Breakout and Escape from Tarkov is their shared emphasis on providing ultra-realistic gameplay. Both games strive to offer players an immersive experience that closely mimics real-life conditions. This realism is evident in various aspects of the gameplay.

1. Movement and Stamina

In both Arena Breakout and Escape from Tarkov, players are required to manage their character’s movement and stamina with a high degree of realism. Engaging in actions such as sprinting, running, and physically demanding maneuvers will lead to the depletion of stamina, affecting both the upper and lower body parts based on the specific movement performed.

Careful stamina management is crucial as it significantly impacts the character’s overall performance in the game, adding an extra layer of challenge and strategic thinking to the intense gameplay experience. Players must strike a balance between conserving stamina for critical moments and using it strategically to navigate through the dynamic and unforgiving game world effectively.

2. Authentic Firearms

In both Arena Breakout and Escape from Tarkov, one noteworthy aspect is the realistic handling of weapons, including factors such as recoil, bullet ballistics, and reloading mechanisms. Players must adapt their shooting techniques to account for the recoil of each firearm, making it essential to master controlling the weapon during rapid-fire or sustained engagements.

Moreover, the games take reloading to a whole new level of authenticity. Unlike typical shooters where a magazine reloads automatically, players in these games must reload bullets one by one, simulating the intricacies of real-life firearm handling. This level of detail further immerses players in the role of their character, requiring them to be precise and strategic in reloading, especially during intense firefights.

3. Inventory Management

In both games, the realistic inventory system adds an element of resource management and decision-making to the gameplay. Players are limited in the amount of gear, ammunition, and supplies they can carry with them during each mission or raid. This restriction encourages players to carefully consider their load-outs, ensuring they have the essential tools and equipment needed for the challenges they might encounter.

Arena Breakout inventory

To be successful in the games, players must strike a balance between carrying enough firepower and necessary supplies while also managing their character’s weight and mobility. Overloading a character’s inventory can lead to decreased movement speed and agility, making them more susceptible to enemy attacks. On the other hand, traveling light may leave them ill-prepared for various encounters and engagements.

4. Survival Elements

The similarity of Survival Elements between both games is also noticeable, players are not only challenged by the intensity of combat but also by the need to attend to their character’s basic needs for survival. These games incorporate a realistic survival element, where players must manage their character’s food and hydration levels to maintain peak performance during missions or raids.

Arena Breakout combat

Neglecting the character’s basic needs can have significant consequences. If a player’s character becomes hungry or dehydrated, their stamina and overall health will be negatively affected. Reduced stamina can hinder their ability to sprint, perform physically demanding actions, and even impact their accuracy and effectiveness in combat.

5. Injuries and Consequences

When players in Arena Breakout or Escape from Tarkov sustain injuries, the impact is far from superficial. These injuries have real consequences that affect the gameplay in significant ways. The severity of the injury directly influences the player’s performance and survival in the game. They may experience impaired movement, such as limp or reduced mobility, which hinders their ability to navigate the game world efficiently.

Arena Breakout
Image via Tencent Games

Additionally, injuries can lead to slower aiming, affecting accuracy and stability during intense firefights, making it challenging to land critical shots. In severe cases, the player’s character may even become incapacitated, requiring urgent medical attention to recover and get back into action. To mitigate these consequences, players must carry medical supplies and treat wounds promptly, adding a crucial layer of strategy and resource management to the gameplay.

6. Environmental Effects

In both Arena Breakout and Escape from Tarkov, the developers have paid meticulous attention to environmental details to create a highly immersive and realistic gaming experience. The games dynamically reflect the prevailing weather conditions, adding an extra layer of depth to the virtual world.

Arena Breakout Environment
Image via Tencent Games

For example, when it’s raining in the game world, players will notice raindrops cascading down their screens, mimicking the effect of rain in real life. This visual effect enhances the sense of immersion, making players feel as if they are truly experiencing the environment within the game.

Differences between Arena Breakout and Escape from Tarkov

1. Platform availability

One key difference between Arena Breakout and Escape from Tarkov is the platform availability. Arena Breakout is exclusively available for mobile platforms, allowing players to enjoy the game on their smartphones and tablets. On the other hand, Escape from Tarkov is solely available for PC, offering a more immersive and graphically demanding experience. The PC platform allows for more advanced graphics, larger maps, and detailed environments, providing a more realistic and visually stunning gameplay experience.

The platform availability also influences the control schemes and gameplay mechanics of each game. Arena Breakout’s mobile design often incorporates touch-screen controls optimized for mobile devices, making it user-friendly and easily accessible for a wide range of players. In contrast, Escape from Tarkov’s PC exclusivity allows for more complex controls with a keyboard and mouse, catering to players who prefer precision and versatility in their gameplay.

2. Loot and Economy

In Arena Breakout, the emphasis is on quick and accessible gameplay, allowing players to quickly pick up weapons and gear without much complexity. This streamlined looting system caters to mobile gaming’s on-the-go nature, making it easier for players to engage in action-packed matches without getting bogged down in inventory management.

In Escape from Tarkov, however, the highly realistic and player-driven economy adds depth and realism to the game’s survival aspect. The scarcity of resources and the need to trade or barter for essential items create a sense of immersion and challenge, forcing players to make strategic decisions on what to carry, trade, or leave behind during their intense raids.

3. Map Design

In Arena Breakout, the compact and fast-paced maps create an environment suited for intense and close-quarters combat. Players can quickly encounter opponents, leading to rapid-fire engagements and adrenaline-pumping action. The smaller map size also ensures that players are constantly engaged, with minimal downtime between encounters.

Arena Breakout Map
Image via Tencent Games

On the other hand, Escape from Tarkov’s larger and more expansive maps offer a more open-world experience. These maps are intricately designed with various terrains, buildings, and points of interest, encouraging players to explore and strategize their approaches carefully.

Final Thoughts

In conclusion, Arena Breakout and Escape from Tarkov share similarities in their emphasis on ultra-realistic gameplay, including authentic weapon mechanics, survival elements, and dynamic environmental effects. Both games challenge players to manage their character’s stamina, handle weapons skillfully, and attend to basic needs like food and hydration for peak performance. Additionally, they provide an immersive and intense first-person shooter experience, each catering to different playstyles and preferences.

However, key differences arise in their platform availability, map design, looting systems, and overall gameplay styles. Arena Breakout’s focus on mobile platforms and compact maps fosters fast-paced action and accessibility, while Escape from Tarkov’s exclusive availability on PC and larger, open-world maps encourage more strategic planning and exploration.

Recently, PUBG Mobile Esports has completed two big international events. The PUBG Mobile World Invitational (PMWI) 2023 was held in Riyadh, followed by its Allstars stage. PMWI 2023 will have a significant impact on PMGC 2023. Thai team Vampire Esports took away both the trophies of PMWI 2023 Main Event and Allstars. While they’re the champion of PUBG Mobile Esports’ mid-season international event, the team also earned its region additional slots. Meaning, we will see a total of 12 teams from the SEA which was previously 11 in total.

PMWI 2023 was organized by Gamers8 along with KRAFTON, and Level Infinite. Gamers8 is one of the largest esports tournaments and gaming festivals where several esports titles are featured. And this year, the Riyadh event features a whopping $45 million as prize money. Among the popular Mobile Esports titles, PUBG Mobile was featured in Gamers8 where three tournaments were held offline. Besides, Norwegian DJ and Producer Alan Walker joined hands with KRAFTON’s battle royale and live performed in the opening week.

After the PMWI 2023: The road to PMGC 2023 begins now, SEA has earned an extra slot

With the conclusion of PMWI 2023, PUBG Mobile Esports has crossed its mid-season in its 2023 competitive year. Now, the Fall Season starts in all the regions. Ahead of this, teams are now preparing themselves for the next big round aiming toward a slot in the world finals. Playing regional leagues and championships will earn each team PMGC points. As per the slot allocation, teams will be qualified o the year-ending event.

Southeast Asia has 11 slots in total for the PMGC 2023. As Vampire Esports has already won the PMWI 2023, they will be participating in the event directly. Thus, an additional slot will be awarded to Southeast Asia and 12 teams will qualify for the year-ending tournament. Southeast Asia will send 11 teams which are from the country’s pro leagues, wildcard, and PMSL SEA Spring and Fall Season.

How PUBG Mobile World Invitational (PMWI) 2023 will impact on the upcoming PMGC 2023

The road to PMGC 2023 is a long way to run. As several splits and events based on regional locations run throughout the whole competitive year, teams can collect PMGC points from those to qualify in the PMGC 2023. There are many teams that are likely going to be a part of PMGC 2023 and are featured in the PWMI 2023 already.

For example, Chinese team Six Two Eight finished being the runner-up of the PMWI 2023, and the team is currently sitting in the second position in PEL 2023 points table. The topper Tianba came 10th in the PMWI 2023. If no major alterations affect the PEL 2023 points table then both of the Chinese teams will participate in the upcoming PMGC this year. Thus, PUBG Mobile World Invitational 2023 served as a showdown as well as a pre-battle exercise. Thus, the impact of PMWI 2023 on this year’s PMGC can be seen clearly.

Image via PUBG Mobile Esports

Additionally, PMGC-tested teams like Stalwart Esports, and DRS GAMING were present in this year’s PMWI and also are n good position in their respective PMGC points league (Stalwart Esports sitting on top and DRS is in 5th place in South Asia Standings). Infinity IQ, though running low on points, Box Gaming, on the other hand, is sitting at the top 2 of Vietnam Standings.

Both of the teams were contenders in PMWI 2023. Similar to this, other participants were a part of their respective regional and country’s PMGC point leagues. Though the PMWI 2023 Finals featured 16 total teams while the PMGC 2023 will host 51, participating in the PMWI 2023 will be a boost for each team to set their strategic move in a new shape, or even tuning the current one is a very good option.

PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2023: The road for Indian teams to the event

On the 2nd of September 2020, the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology banned PUBG Mobile in India. The services provided by Tencent Games in India were terminated as well. Later, South Korean video game company Krafton Inc. developed and published an Indian-exclusive version of the battle royale, Battlegrounds Mobile India.

The esports stage for Indian teams is, thus, confined to India only. The only way through for them on the global stage is via an invitation. The PMGC started back in 2020 with its season zero. So far, it has held 3 tournaments where only a single team from India, GodLike Esports, participated in PMGC 2021 through Battlegrounds Mobile India Series 2021. PMGC in 2020 and 2022 was held without any teams from India. The BGIS Season 2 will be held this year but the slot allocation for PMGC 2023 did not mention any Indian teams.

BGMI BGIS 2023 Battleground Mobile India Series 2023 Game Cover
Image via Krafton

There are only 3 slots for invited teams in the finals. One slot will be given to the host nation, Turkey, while the rest two will be from PEL and global invite only. There is a very strong possibility that an Indian team will get the global invited slot as the mainstream PUBG Mobile is not available in the country. So, there are no direct slots for the team from the Indian stage.

PMGC 2022 featured 50 teams globally, except there were no Indian teams because of an ongoing ban on the game back then in India. As this year PMGC will host 51 teams and the government of India finally pulled off the ban on the game, fans may watch an Indian team make it through to the grand stage of PUBG Mobile Esports via a direct invite. The chance is very high because of the Indian gaming scene’s impact on global levels. It is one of the largest markets for PUBG Mobile. And the game, surely, won’t want to lose a lot of viewership by putting away the Indian community.

Final thoughts

The PUBG Mobile World Invitational 2023 was a breakthrough event for PUBG Mobile Esports 2023. From being featured in the largest esports tournaments and gaming festival, Gamers8, to hosting big names in the game’s pro scene, the PMWI has great significance and impact in the PMGC 2023. Good for the fans as they get thrilled each time. Finally, we’ll watch if the event has more to serve in the coming days.

The popular KONAMI title eFootball 2023, although it was released late in the season, it has kept a steady pace. Whether it’s the new season updates that have been constantly released or the more card types and designs that have been dropping week in and week out, everything is slowly looking impressive and we can’t wait to see more after the 2023 update roadmap. The thing is, the game still needs some features that are missing in the mobile version and were not discussed in the roadmap itself. The game needs to progress to a better state, and some updates are needed. So, in this article, we will list five features that are a must to include in eFootball 2024 mobile.

Five features that are a must in eFootball 2024 mobile

1. Bringing back the after-match stats

Back in the PES series of football titles released on mobile, the info-related menus were making the understanding better. However, this was removed in eFootball for no reason, which is simply a bad move. The flawed rating system also provides no help to the current mess the preview after the match is.

Heatmap eFootball
The heatmap in the PES series (Image via KONAMI)

So the simplest way to solve this is to bring back the after-match record system. This way, players don’t have to check every highlight who assisted who, the performer, and of course, the heatmap option the system provided. With this, even the ratings would be understood and it will help the players to check where the player really likes to move and play so that adjustments to the style of play could be made.

2. A player statistic interface

The detail of statistics in eFootball mobile is one item that needs to be looked at. Being a football game, it is always crucial to keep track of game statistics so that you may contrast them with those of various players. Nevertheless, this feature is entirely absent from eFootball mobile. By eliminating the after-match records feature, as was noted in the first pointer, they have actually taken a step backward.

Player Menu
The current player screen is dull for a football title (Image via KONAMI)

So, KONAMI should prepare to add a new player menu option just for statistics. Since it can keep track of the number of games, it could also display additional stats like goals scored, assists, tackles, interceptions, and clean sheets. Users will be able to compare player stats on his card menu in this way, which will greatly increase the game’s interest.

3. Player Names on the shirts

This has been a shout for a long time. The numbers are already printed on the jersey, but why not the names? In fact, the game is large enough to accommodate a small change, and eFootball might be the only title that doesn’t have this feature.

Player Jersey Name
Image via KONAMI

When you play with iconic football players like Maradona, Zico, etc it is a shame that we don’t see them don a shirt with their names on it. The cutscenes when they celebrate a goal aren’t that hyped enough to see because of the lack of shirt names since the number is the only thing being displayed. KONAMI should look forward to adding this, as this improves the experience of play.

4. Quick Substitutions

One helpful option would be the Introduction of Quick Substitution option. The quick substitution feature allows you to make changes to your team without having to navigate through multiple menus, making it faster and more convenient to make tactical adjustments during a match. The Automatic substitutions are often so random and badly implemented, so this option will be a quick fix.

Substitution in eFootball
The substitution cutscene (Image via KONAMI)

This way, players don’t have to pause the game every now and then, and with the viable option appearing on the screen, they can quickly replace the player on the field. For this, a setting to preset the players in the Team Menu will also help simplify. A simple cutscene when the substitution happens would be pleasing too.

5. More game modes

Without any doubt, the Game Modes need to be another addition that the makers should think of. The current game modes are good, yes, especially the golden goal setup, but it is really one-dimensional when we think of it. Will it be nice if this continues throughout the eFootball mobile series? A simple answer is no.

Events eFootball
Image via KONAMI

So, eFootball 2024 mobile should be aiming to provide extra game modes in addition to the standard ones to keep the players interested. Master League as additional downloadable content will be absolutely incredible, and having training events such as completing drills and tasks would be a good way to start things.

Final Thoughts

Even though there are plenty of changes that can be made to the game, these are the ones that really bring a different flavor if it is added. eFootball 2024 mobile from the current version can be improved with enhanced graphics, a more detailed player data system, improving the multiplayer experience, and so on, which is in the hands of KONAMI.

Overall, eFootball 2024 mobile can be an excellent football title for the mobile platform if some things are made right. The massive potential the game carries should be looked upon seriously by the makers, and they should try to bring something out of the box, which is not even considered by the fans. The update might be lurking around, but still, it is going to be a wait for sure.

Clash Heroes is one of the three games from Supercell that’s been in the works since 2021. This is a different approach from the usual strategy titles that Supercell drops, as this will be an ActionAdventure game. Players embark on a journey donning the role of a hero who leads an army into battle against other players and enemy factions. Unique aspects of the game will create a major impact on the audience, and Clash Heroes might be looking for the same that fans will remember for a long time.

Clash Heroes introduces a new world of Clash Universe

The game features a unique combination of real-time strategy and action-packed combat. The game is developed in Unreal Engine, which means in the future, we might be getting fully-fledged Clash Universe scenarios without a drop in quality as we see the Archers, Barbarians, etc. in action. The Arena is the place where players engage in battle. The arena could be of terrains and mountains as seen in the game.

Following a gameplay style similar to Brawl Stars, a top-down approach, we see heroes battling out in the arena with a lot of emphases given to the moves and the way the player executes them. Having two types of moves for a hero having one as a special one, it’ll allow users to use them accordingly and in scenarios where you have powerful enemies. Heroes play a crucial role in fast-paced battles, as they can turn the tide of battle with their powerful abilities.

Gameplay of Clash Heroes

Playing with friends also is something gamers like, and Clash Heroes allows the players to take down enemy factions with their team. Customization options are beneficial for the players to change the look of their favorite hero into something stylish or dapper that would look cool in the game. So, what else is going to make this Supercell title a hit?

Action-based games connect faster and Clash Heroes could be the next

Who doesn’t love action games? Most of the popular games are of the action genre. With a lot of new games coming in the genre, it doesn’t take away the shine from the already existing games. The competition is high, but the distributed fanbase and the love of the genre make it safe to place your foot on if you are a Game Developer.

Clash Heroes’ particular focus isn’t only on the action elements the game has, but it also covers other aspects that a gamer would enjoy. It is not that hardcore action with too many bullets flying around, but on beautiful maps where the characters engage in duels. It becomes more fun with friends, and with a good gameplay experience, you’ll never know how time will pass.

Why we think Clash Heroes can be Supercell’s next big hit

The reason behind this is simple, after Brawl Stars, Supercell hasn’t seen a major hit because all their releases were similarly themed, and due to this, the developments had to be stopped. Falling prey to this was Clash Quest’s development halt since the game didn’t meet Supercell’s “high standards”. The other clash game, Clash Mini seems to be very made for a niche audience as auto-chess games are not preferred by the large audience.

The last one in this clash series, Clash Heroes shows decent potential. Although the gameplay is not something entirely new, it carries the old clash vibe (from what we could infer from the leaked details). Considering the game is bringing multiplayer and possibly coop features, it has all the elements to be the flagbearer for the Clash IP in the future. So Clash Heroes could be the key to opening the loot of success.

There can be other games rising the charts soon, with Squad Busters being in the works from Supercell. A gameplay similar to Brawl Stars, it also has those action elements that make it unique. It brings all the Supercell characters to the game, and the closed beta tests running live now. However, from the first impression of the game it does not feel like the same level of Clash Heroes. Once again, it shows that the makers are banking on the clash universe, and it can be their winning factor.

Supercell’s winning formula might include another ingredient

Supercell’s winning formula has been the strategy genre without a doubt. Clash of Clans has been immensely popular for the strategic elements packed with a punch of action, the idea behind it was very unique and that has been the key to its success.

Yes, Brawl Stars have been another out-of-the-box idea, and Clash Royale is also a differently designed tower defense game. All these names are part of the “List of successful games” book, but they all have something in common, the Characters.

Heroes in Clash Heroes
Image via Supercell

Supercell has managed to create a universe revolving around the characters first introduced in Clash of Clans. Since then, the Clash Universe has only expanded, and characters from the Clash Universe by Supercell appear in almost all games. It has been a popular strategy to introduce characters that can be used in any game from the company in the future.

This might seem repetitive, but it will be brilliant to see the same character featured in a strategy game and then in a different look, come live in an action game. It will allow each character to have their backstory, something which we won’t see in many games.

Customization is key

Clash of Clans and Clash Royale both allow customization at a pretty good level. Supercell MAKE campaign also allowed players to create custom skins for Brawl Stars. Following the same pattern is Clash Heroes, with many skins on offer which can be purchased via gems. This adds that uniqueness to a particular character and is essential in upping the overall approach. Although they have begun with limited characters, a lot of the locked skins are awesome.

For example, the Wizard can be customized from a magician to a trader or even a robot, and all it depends on what choice the player wants to have. The package this game offers as a whole is impressive and can make people turn heads. We wish to see more freedom on the designs, but we don’t have to stall the idea as Supercell might get it included too.

Character Customization in Clash Heroes

More arenas help to avoid the repetition of the scene and hence enhance the view of the game when you play it. Arena skins are also present in Supercell games throughout, which help in having a different feel each time. We might see come to the game during or after launch as the makers will be aiming to keep it for a better user experience.

Final Thoughts

Clash Heroes certainly has all the ingredients to be a hit among fans of the Supercell franchise and the strategy-action genre. The initial gameplay has been promising, and even though they’ve been lagging behind with the release, it is only a matter of time before we get this game in our hands. Only time will tell if it will reach the level of success of Supercell’s other games, but for now, the signs are really promising.

Established in 1999, Gameloft has to be one of the most renounced and celebrated names in the mobile gaming industry in the last decade or so with games such as Asphalt, N.O.V.A, Real Football, Gangstar Vegas, City Mania: Town Building, Brothers in Arms, Disney Magic Kingdoms under its belt. If you’ve been somewhat familiar with mobile gaming in the past decade you can’t deny the sheer volume and quality of Gameloft’s firm grip on the gaming industry. However, in recent times Gameloft isn’t as influential in the mobile gaming community and nor does it have its old shelf of honour to its name.

The reason for the slow decline of Gameloft or rather losing its well-earned throne isn’t something straightforward. That’s precisely why we’ll discuss the various factors behind Gameloft losing its throne in this how Gameloft is losing its grip on mobile games

The legacy of Gameloft

Gameloft is of the most graceful game developers in the early days of mobile gaming developing innovative and true to its nature games with minimal micro-transactions if at all and a strong ethical ground against having ads in-game. The famously described philosophy was – Why encourage our players to leave our games for a competitor?

Gameloft play store, Gameloft games, Gameloft games catalogue, Gameloft
Image via Gameloft

Every franchise they touched turned into gold be it N.O.V.A, Alpahalt, Brothers in Arms or Real Football. Gameloft’s ruling over the mobile gaming industry peaked around 2014-15 and they were the mobile gaming company, the untouchables, in the few numbers of developers that actually listened to the player base and made strategic changes accordingly, the undisturbed kings of the mobile gaming during that period of time

A new era treated Gameloft’s tactics differently

Gameloft made a brave and against-the-flow decision to keep ads out of their games. This is a respectable decision but the new era of mobile gaming treated this brave decision differently as Gameloft was denied a lot of profit from ads that other games enjoyed and so their budget definitely increases many times than Gameloft’s.

They kept firmness on their word but the clear indication was this type of business in the mobile games industry wasn’t sustainable anymore. However, having low profits and running on red did not stop Gameloft from keeping their word but that didn’t last very long as GAS (Gameloft Advertising Solutions) was formed to integrate ads into games.

The acquisition that brought a change

Gameloft was running on red and dilution of the rights was the only way. By the end of 2015 and the mid of 2016, Vivendi had acquired 95% of Gameloft which indeed saved the company but brought with it many differences in vision.

Nova-3
Image via Gameloft

Gameloft had to give into the modern trends of gaming to keep the lights on. The sequel to one of the best mobile games of last decade N.O.V.A 3, the much anticipated Nova Legacy turned out to be a bit disappointing for the fans. Lower graphical fidelity and a low focus on the campaign and comparatively a bigger number of microtransactions contributed to the game becoming less attractive and appealing to the old audience.

However, in the next games under Vivendi’s acquisition, Gameloft did maintain the quality that they used to and all things seemed alright til then.

The rapidly changing industry affected Gameloft

Gameloft always made premium games that mostly ended up being not free to play and had a proper focus on the campaign, something we don’t see these days often. However, as the mobile gaming industry moved towards free-to-play games with battle passes and in-game purchases that ranged from cosmetic to gameplay effective, Gameloft’s premium games stopped getting the attention and throne they were used to. The sales started to see a downward spiral which made the mobile giants a bit more uncomfortable and unsure to develop other premium games.

Abandonment of fan favourites

As the sales numbers started to drop Gameloft halted updating its fan-favourite Game’s updates for a long time which was years at a time. In this competitive mobile gaming era, constant updates and the addition of season-specific events are the things that keep gamers engaged and keep the player base intact.

Gameloft-Game-Classics
Image via Gameloft

Therefore a huge gap between updates can be something of a bummer for most gamers. One of the best games ever on mobile N.O.V.A 3 isn’t supported on modern devices anymore due to a lack of compatibility updates which makes the state of Gameloft even more concerning and makes Gameloft lose its grip on the mobile gaming industry.

Is there a way of redemption for Gameloft

Things do not seem as bright as it was for Gameloft anymore, however, recently Gameloft has started bringing new updates to games that weren’t updated for a year or longer. The latest release from Gameloft namely Heroes of the Dark seems to be a decent and modern addition to the mobile gaming catalogue of Gameloft and did receive a lot of positive reviews on the Play Store with a solid gameplay loop. The steps Gameloft has been taking recently seem to be in the right direction which makes the old fans of the mobile gaming giants all the more hopeful once again.

Gameloft play store, Gameloft games, Gameloft games catalogue, Gameloft
Image via Gameloft

Gameloft still shows that they have the quality they had before with a new code of modern pain and a shiny new game Gameloft might be on the track to still compete with other mobile gaming giants.

Conclusion

The sky-high ups and lows of Gameloft are pretty apparent in this discussion of how Gameloft is losing its grip on mobile gaming. However, the loose grips can be restored with more focused and regular updates, redeeming some old IPs that were lost in transition and now aren’t playable on modern devices. The quality that Gameloft maintains in all of its games is something to get inspired from but the refusal to change with time had cost the mobile gaming giants big time and the recovery seems to be on the way.

To wrap this up, we’d like to reiterate that the premium quality and campaign modes as signature features in Gameloft games are still missed to this day and the return of those games definitely for the majority would be a welcome one.

Clash Royale and Clash of Clans are two of the most popular mobile strategy games available today. Both games feature unique gameplay mechanics and troop compositions. Many of the cards are available for both games, but some cards in Clash Royale could be interesting additions to Clash of Clans.
In this article, we will list out 11 cards from Clash Royale that could potentially be interesting troops, if released in Clash of Clans.

Top 11 cards in Clash Royale can make good Clash of Clans troops

Electro Wizard

It is a versatile card that can attack both ground and air units. It can also stun enemy defences and units, making it a valuable asset in battle. For example, an Electro Wizard could be deployed near an enemy Wizard Tower, stunning it and allowing your ground troops to move in and take it out without taking as much damage.

Bandit

The Bandit can dash forward and avoid any incoming attacks for a short period which can help avoid attacks from the enemy’s defences. A Bandit could be deployed to take out an enemy Archer Queen, quickly closing the distance and dealing a powerful strike before the Queen has a chance to deal much damage to your troops.

Executioner

Ever since Nahida, the Dendro Archon was released in version 3.2, she has been a staple of almost every Dendro team. An overwhelming majority of players swear by her personal DMG and team utility. She is nigh irreplaceable once players realize what she is capable of. But why is the case? This article will try to uncover the reasons why Nahida is considered one of the most broken characters with the onset of the Sumeru Update in Genshin Impact. Initially, we will look at a C0 Nahida and later we will discuss the added benefits of her constellations.

Nahida in Genshin Impact: Chaining Dendro Reactions

Released in the Sumeru Update in Genshin Impact, Nahida and her elemental skill can mark up to 8 enemies and they become linked, which makes it quite broken. When at least one of the marked enemies takes DMG from Dendro cores (including Burgeon and Hyperbloom), Nahida will unleash Tri-Karma Purification (TKP) on ALL marked enemies. TKP is one instance of Dendro DMG and it can also generate particles.

Genshin Impact Nahida guide
Image via HoYoverse

All Dendro reactions require enemies to maintain a Dendro aura to be reacted with. There are very few characters who can apply Dendro in small intervals for a long duration to allow this to happen. Dendro Traveller’s burst is capable of doing this, albeit just within a circle. Collei’s burst is also capable of doing this, but in an even smaller circle for a shorter duration. None of them come close to Nahida’s ability to consistently apply Dendro from off-field.

First of all, Nahida’s Dendro application is not tied to her burst, which makes it instantly available. Second of all, her skill has a very short cooldown (6s max) and the mark lasts for a very long time (25s). This guarantees permanent Dendro aura uptime on all marked enemies.

Genshin Impact Sumeru Update Nahida Broken
Image via HoYoverse

All of these factors combined make Nahida very efficient at chaining Dendro reactions in Genshin Impact and thus, somewhat prove that she is broken.

Bloom

Genshin Impact Nahida Broken
Image via HoYoverse

Bloom is Dendro + Hydro. Dendro needs to be applied first because if Hydro is applied first, the Dendro trigger will consume all of the Hydro aura and create fewer Blooms. So when Nahida applies Dendro and Hydro is applied to create Blooms, TKP will be unleashed when the Blooms explode and Dendro will be reapplied. This way we never have to worry about Dendro aura as long as the mark exists and continue applying Hydro.

Hyperbloom

Hyperbloom is when Electro is applied to Blooms. This reaction has insane single-target DMG and currently, it is one of the best reactions, period. Because of the way Nahida’s burst works, having an Electro teammate will decrease the TKP trigger interval and Dendro will be reapplied even more frequently.

Spread/Aggravate

Spread/Aggravate is Dendro + Electro + Dendro/Electro. When Dendro and Electro react for the first time, affected enemies enter the Quicken state. This is similar to Freeze in the sense that the reaction itself does not DMG but puts the enemy in a new state. Denro or Electro can be applied to Quickened enemies to trigger Spread and Aggravate respectively. Spread/Aggravate is a Flat DMG increase to the instance of Dendro/Electro DMG that triggers it. This DMG scales off the trigger character’s ATK, DMG bonus, CRIT, etc. It works the same way as Shenhe and Yun Jin’s buffs.

TKP ensures that Aggravate is triggered easily by constantly reapplying Dendro. And because of the way Nahida’s burst works, having multiple Electro teammates will even further decrease the TKP trigger interval and help trigger more Spreads and Aggravates.

Nahida’s weapon type: Blessing

The best thing about catalyst users is that they can apply their respecting element just by using normal attacks. Dendro is one of the best elements in Genshin Impact because of its strong reactions. Nahida is already the best Dendro applicator due to her elemental skill, but her normal attacks inherently being infused by Dendro make her even better. Unlike most catalyst users, her normal attacks hit enemies in a line and it is possible to hit multiple enemies. Her charged attack has a much larger AOE than other catalyst users. This makes an on-field Nahida playstyle extremely viable.

Dual Scaling is the best type of Scaling

Most DMG in Genshin Impact scales off one stat like ATK/HP/EM. While building a character, there is always going to be some completely useless stats. An ATK-scaling character like Xiao will not benefit from any HP whatsoever. Similarly, an HP-scaling scaling character like Yelan will not benefit from any ATK. There are characters like Hu Tao and Kamisato Ayato whose base DMG is ATK-scaling but they receive a DMG bonus based on HP. This additional scaling is always helpful since there are fewer wasted stats.

Genshin Impact Sumeru Update Nahida Broken dual scaling
Image via HoYoverse

Then there are hybrid scaling characters like Albedo and Kokomi. In addition to ATK, parts of their kits scale off DEF and HP, respectively. This makes it difficult to build these kinds of characters. Hybrid scaling is the worst type of scaling since neither stat will be properly built and they will never reach their maximum potential. Additional scalings like Hu Tao and Ayato are significantly better than single scaling, while hybrid scaling is the worst type of scaling. But the best type of scaling is dual scaling.

Nahida’s TKP DMG scales of both ATK and EM at the same time. Ideally, she would be built with as much EM as possible, but she will still have around 1k ATK. On any other character, this ATK would be useless, but Nahida can benefit from it due to the nature of her DMG scaling. She Could also benefit from any external source of ATK buffs like Pyro Resonance or Bennett. This dual scaling on her skill further increases her already amazing DMG potential.

Self-buff

Since Nahida’s build usually revolves around EM, she would lack in CRIT stats. To mitigate this, one of her Ascension passives grants TKP a DMG bonus and CRIT Rate buff based on her EM. At this point, she is triple scaling with EM.

Buffing teammates

In addition to her amazing personal DMG and insane Dendro application, she also provides a buff to her teammates. Her burst grants the active character inside the Shrine of Maya a maximum of 250 EM. This is significantly helpful for Bloom/Hyperbloom/Burgeon teams. Bloom/Hyperbloom/Burgeon DMG only scales off the triggering character’s level and EM. getting an EM bonus from Nahida boosts their DMG even further.

Additional off-field DMG

Nahida’s mark affects enemies that are not even being directly attacked in the first place. Suppose, you enter an enemy camp and immediately mark all enemies. Then you proceed to attack the biggest enemy in the camp and defeat it. Chances are, by the time you defeat the biggest enemy in the camp, the rest are also dead because of the consistent triggering of TKP. There is no need to group enemies to be able to hit them all at once. This is yet another convenient thing about her skill.

Genshin Impact: Benefits of Constellations to Nahida (C2 is a game changer)

Nahida is a fully functioning unit at C0, but her constellations do a bit of both: increasing her personal DMG as well as buffing her teammates better. Released during the Sumeru Update, Nahida is broken in Genshin Impact.

  • C1 allows her burst to have all 3 buffs active even if there is no character of that corresponding element present in the team. For example, there will likely be no Pyro character in an Aggravate team, but the buff for having a Pyro character in the team will be activated nonetheless.
  • C2 is the best constellation for both her personal DMG as well as team buffing. Usually, Blooms (including Burgeon/Hyperbloom) cannot Crit. Nahida’s C2 makes them able to Crit, even though the Crit Rate and DMG are fixed, it is still a huge increase in the total average DMG. This constellation also decreases enemies’ DEF which is another helpful buff to have.

  • C4 grants Nahida an EM buff based on the number of enemies marked by her skill, up to 4. This is largely unnecessary since she can easily reach 1000 EM with EM-EM-EM artifacts and an EM substat weapon.
  • C6 turns Nahida into a temporary burst DPS like Raiden Shogun. It allows her to frontload a lot of DMG in a short amount of time after using her burst. But unlike Raiden Shogun, the rest of Nahida’s kit does not support a Hypercarry playstyle. The maximum amount of DMG in the Raiden Hypercarry team comes from Raiden Shogun herself, but Nahida teams are built around elemental reactions, not personal DMG. Therefore, Nahida’s temporary burst DPS window does not make her DMG a significant portion of the team’s total DMG.

Final Thoughts

Nahida is an example of what a perfectly designed character in Genshin Impact is supposed to be like.

  • Her abilities have permanent uptime.
  • Her Dendro application is unparalleled.
  • Her abilities work while off-field.
  • She grants excellent buffs to herself and her teammates.

As long as the team utilizes Dendro reactions, there are absolutely no downsides to including Nahida in the team. In most cases, Nahida is the best Dendro character available to fulfil a role in Genshin Impact. The ability of Nahida to enable Dendro reactions and buffing teammates is what makes her absurdly broken in Genshin Impact.

Clash Royale features an exciting mix of collectable card game elements and tower defence gameplay.
While Clash Royale has a vast array of cards and strategies available to players, there are certain cards in the game that could benefit from a rework. These cards are often underused, or too situational to justify including in a deck. Here are 8 cards in Clash Royale that could benefit from a rework. This is based on their performance in the game and the feedback from the community.

Cards that need a rework in Clash Royale

1. Wizard

The Wizard has received multiple nerfs over time. While it is a powerful ranged unit that deals splash damage, it has struggled to find a place in the game due to its high cost and falls short compared to other cards in the same elixir range, such as the Electro Wizard, the Musketeer, or the Executioner.

Its low hit points and vulnerability to swarm troops can make it an easy target for opponents. Increasing its hit points or damage output could make it a more compelling option. Reducing its cost could also make it easier to fit into a deck.

2. Rascals

While it is a unique card that combines a ranged and melee unit, it is often considered a “dead card” by many players. This is due to its underwhelming performance in battles. One of the main issues with the Rascals card is its high cost i.e. 5 elixirs compared to its low damage output. It can be easily countered by many cheap cards. Its limited range which was nerfed to 0.8 tiles makes it difficult to use effectively in battles. It falls short against air troops and swarm troops.

Increasing the Rascal Boy’s range so it can counter swarm cards effectively and increasing the Rascal Girl’s hit points and damage rate could make it a more compelling option for attacking and defending as the log can take out the girls at once.

3. Barbarian Barrel

A spell card that deploys a barrel containing a single Barbarian. Despite being two elixirs, its usage rate is relatively low compared to other spells in the game, such as the Log. Players often prefer to use other spell cards, such as the Arrows or the Zap. They can be more effective in dealing with swarm troops, goblin barrels, and other threats.

Barbarian Barrels can be useful for taking out low to medium-hit-point troops. But most of the players use the log as the range and width of the log are 10.1 tiles and 3.9 tiles respectively as compared to 4.5 tiles and 2.6 tiles of Barbarian barrel. A potential reboot could be to increase its range and width.

4. Skeleton Dragon

The Skeleton Dragon card in Clash Royale is a flying troop that can be useful for taking out ground troops and buildings. However, compared to other flying troops such as the Baby Dragon(4 elixirs) or the Minions(3 elixirs), its usage rate is relatively low. To increase the Skeleton Dragon’s viability, a potential reboot would be to increase the Skeleton Dragon’s hitpoints and damage rate.

Currently, its damage per second is relatively low 1.9 sec, and it struggles to take out higher hit-point troops quickly. By increasing its damage output, the Skeleton Dragon could become a more potent attacker. The next change could be reducing its elixir cost to 3 for the fast cycle.

5. Barbarian Hut

The Barbarian Hut is a building card in Clash Royale that spawns Barbarians at regular intervals. While it can be a useful defensive structure, its usage rate is relatively low compared to other building cards like the Goblin Hut or the Tombstone.

One possible way to make the card stronger would be to increase the spawn rate of the Barbarian Hut. Currently, it spawns Barbarians every 15 seconds, which can be too slow to keep up with fast-moving troops or large swarms of enemies as compared to goblin hut which spawns goblins every 11 seconds. By decreasing the spawn time to 12 or 11 seconds, the Barbarian Hut could become a more potent defensive structure.

Another possibility could be to adjust the Barbarian Hut’s cost. Currently, it costs 6 elixirs, which can be relatively expensive for a building card, which is a major reason many players opt for goblin hut which cost 5 elixirs.

6. Witch

The Witch card is an interesting troop that spawns skeletons and fires bolts of magic to attack enemies. Although it can be a useful card in some situations, it has a low usage rate now compared to other cards.
A potential reboot would be to add a unique ability to the Witch. For example, it could be given the ability to spawn other stronger creatures once a certain number of skeletons are on the battlefield. This would create a strategic element in terms of managing the number of skeletons that are spawned.

7. Minion Horde

Minion Horde

The Minion Horde is a powerful air unit in Clash Royale that consists of six Minions. Despite its highly powerful defence, the Minion Horde has a low usage rate in competitive play due to its vulnerability to spells and splash damage like a fireball, arrows and even zap can take them out with the help of the princess tower.

Minion Hordes which cost 5 elixirs can be countered easily by 2 elixir card zap, they can also be countered by a wizard in one go. Therefore, one reboot could be to increase the hitpoints, so they can still be left with some health after being hit by arrows. Another could be to reduce the cost to four elixirs.

8. Hunter

The Hunter is a 4-elixir cost shotgun-wielding card that can deal massive damage at close range, making it a powerful card against tanks and high-health units. However, the usage rate is low because of its low damage for a longer range, which makes it vulnerable to long-range cards like Baby dragon.
Increasing Hunter’s range slightly would allow it to attack from a safer distance. Alternatively, by increasing its attack speed it can easily counter-swarm troops.

Conclusion

In conclusion, whether it’s adjusting the card’s stats, reducing its cost, or increasing its versatility, a reboot could breathe new life into these cards and make them more appealing to players. The development team at Supercell continually works on balancing and updating the game, and it will be interesting to see if any of these cards receive a reboot in the future.
