Crunchyroll Games announces One Punch Man: World, a new action title for PC and Mobile

Enter the One Punch Man universe!

Crunchyroll Games and Perfect World have announced a new action title based on the hit manga and anime One Punch Man. Titled One Punch Man: World, the game will be available on PC and both mobile platforms, Android and iOS.

A One Punch Man action experience with a captivating storyline

The plot follows Saitama, who, after three years of intense training, has become unbelievably powerful, able to defeat any enemy with just one punch. However, this overwhelming strength has made heroism a bit boring for him, as every opponent falls effortlessly. Now, faced with a new and sinister enemy, he finally has the chance to unleash his full power.

From the premise, we can expect that the game will stay true to the OPM universe which grants players the opportunity to unlock fan-favorite heroes, including Genos, as they embark on an epic journey through the game’s captivating storyline. Throughout the adventure, players get to relive iconic moments from the first season of One-Punch Man in Z-City.

The combat mechanism will be a great system for players to master perfectly timed dodges, execute skill combos, and unleash awe-inspiring ultimate. The gameplay trailer dropped gives a glimpse of what’s coming, with the combo and burst attack features making it an action showcase of the highest quality. The cross-platform play and progression across Windows PC, iOS, and Android make it even better.

One Punch Man: World release date

The much-anticipated online action game is on its way to PC, iOS, and Android platforms in 2023, with no official release date as of now. However, players on PC can secure their spots by pre-registering on the official website for those in the U.S., Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa alongside Latin America, and the Nordics.
