Mobile Legends Bang Bang’s Paquito is a very strong Fighter type hero with a good set of Crowd Control, Blink, Buff, Burst, and Mobility. Skill Analysis
Paquito is a hero with the common four skill sets of one passive and three actives. In this Paquito guide, let’s see what are his abilities in Mobile Legends, and when you can use which skill to get the best out of him.
Passive – Champ Stance
Paquito can stack champ stance up to four times. When reached his max, each skill will have enhanced effects. Paquito can stack champ stance by simply casting his skills or hitting enemy heroes by using his basic attack.
Paquito’s enhanced skills do not have any CD and after using it Paquito’s movement speed will be increased by 60% which is decayed within 2.5 seconds. Casting ultimate gives Paquito 2 stacks of Champ Stance instantly.
Skill 1 – Heavy Left Punch (Buff)
CD – 8/7.6/7.2/6.8/6.4/6
This skill has two phases, the one is normal and the other is enhanced. In the normal state, Paquito punches in a designated direction and if he successfully hits an enemy hero Paquito will gain 200/ 260 / 320 / 380 / 440 / 500 amount of shield while dealing 245 / 280 / 315 / 350 / 385 / 420 amount of physical damage.
In the enhanced state Paquito’s punch becomes more power full and gaining 110% of the original shield while dealing 350 / 400 / 450 / 500 / 550 / 600 amount of physical damage. This enhanced shield and the normal shield can be stacked together but its duration only 2.5 seconds.
Skill 2 – Jab (Burst, Blink)
CD – 6/5.7/5.4/5.1/4.8/4.5
This is Paquito’s second skill and this also has two phases. This skill can be used as an escape tool too. In the normal phase, Paquito dashes forward while dealing 250/310/370/430/490/550 amount of physical damage. In the enhanced state, the dash remains the same but the Jab becomes more powerful which deals 400/496/592/688/784/880 amount of physical damage to the target.
Note: the Jab only works on creep and Champion, it passes through minions and the Jab does not deal any damage to the unit in its pathway.
Skill 3 – Knockout Strike (Burst, Crowd Control)
CD – 18/16.5/15
In the normal state, Paquito releases an elbow strike to deal 250/300/350 amount of damage to all enemies then he pushes enemies towards the target location and again swings a haymaker while dealing 400/500/600 amount of physical damage and slowing them down for 1 second by 75%. Paquito returns backward after releasing his elbow strike.
In the Enhanced state, The push effect remains the same but now Paquito throws an uppercut and knocks up the enemies while dealing 600/750/900 amount of physical damage.
Skill up Methods for Paquito
Unlock skill 2 first and upgrade it to max level. Upgrade skill 1 accordingly. Ultimate whenever available.
Best Emblem Set and Spells for Paquito in Mobile Legends
Emblem Set
Custom Fighter emblem set is the best emblem set for Paquito; if you want to play him as a killing machine in Exp Lane. Bravery will grant you additional Physical attacks which will help you to kill the enemies easily, Invasion will provide you more Physical penetration which will help you to deal more damage to a sustained enemy. Festival of Blood will grant you 8% Spell vamp and each time you have slain an enemy this spell vamp is increased by 1%(capped at 12%). Set your talent points like this:
- Bravery (+3)
- Invasion (+3)
- Festival of Blood (+1)
Since Paquito is a mass damage dealer with high mobility, so we can use the Custom Assassin emblem on him to get a perfect result. Agility can give you additional movement speed(+6%), the Invasion will provide you more physical penetration during combat and Killing Spree will restore Paquito’s 15% HP after killing each hero, not only that it will also provide 20% increased movement speed for next 5 seconds. Or else you can use High and Dry talent too according to the situation. Set your talent points like this:

Spells
There are so many spells that you can use on Paquito according to the team composition. One of the best spells to be used on Paquito is Flicker. You can use it to escape death, chase dot life enemies, or to perform a perfect Jab. Or else you can use Purify too. Purify will cleanse debuffs/CC effect.
You can also use Execute to kill low HP enemies which will deal 200 plus 10% of the enemy’s lost HP True Damage to the marked enemy. This spell will surely help you in a 1v1 situation. Sometimes you can use Retribution too if you are using Paquito as a Jungler.
Best Builds for Paquito in Mobile Legends
Since Paquito is an early game damage dealer, try to do focus on the items that grant you True Physical damage, Tenacity, and Physical Vamp. Here we can see our first set of builds contains 3 attack items which will amplify Paquito’s main damage output. Endless Battle is a very important item for Paquito.
It can be considered one of his core items too because of its True Damage. It will help you to deal+65 Physical Attack,+5%increased movement speed,+250HP,+10% CDR, and +10% Physical Lifesteal and the next item Bloodlust Axe will provide you+70 physical attack and +10% CD Reduction which will greatly enhance his skills Side by side Blade of Despair will help Paquito to deal more damage to an enemy who has less than 50% health, +160 Physical Attack, and +5% movement speed.
Then you can build Brute Force Breastplate, which will grant you +770HP and +45 physical defense, not only that its unique passive will boost your movement speed by 3% after casting any skill or doing basic attacks(can be stacked up to 5 times). The last item Queen’s Wings will grant Paquito physical lifesteal plus +1000HP.

Or else you can try this Assassin Hyper carry build to deal more damage to enemies. Just start with the jungle knife and then build attack damage items to increase your damage ratio overtime. Hunter Strike will play a great role in this build; it will provide you +80 Physical Attacks, +10% CDR, and deals damage to champion or creeps by retribution 5 times in a row will increase your movement speed by 30% for the next 3 seconds. Immortality will provide him an extra life.

Mobile Legends Paquito Gameplay Tips
According to Paquito’s skill casting abilities, we can categorize him as a moderately difficult to play type hero. He is very strong in a 1v1 situation. According to his gameplay, we can break it down into three phases. Our Mobile Legends Paquito guide includes the perfect game plan for the early, mid, and late game in the game. However, a player must need a good understanding of the map to bring the best out of any hero.
Early Game
As a fighter go top/Exp lane, clear the first minion wave between turrets. Then take the Lizard. At 45 sec take the small gold crab. If your mid-laner provides support, invade enemy buff, or else again go back to your lane and clear minions. Prioritize Endless Battle after buying boots (250 golds) and try to cast your skill 1 on enemies.
In the early game be smart on using the first skill cause it gives so much shield that you can literally go 1v3. You can perform the following skill combo to get a headstart-

Mid Game
This is the main phase for Paquito. Do not feed to enemies and do not waste your skill 2 like any other skills. This skill 2 is the main escape/damage dealing skill. Try to master it to avoid all kinds of ganks. As an Offlaner your main duty is to push the turret and whenever 2/3 enemy heroes are dead help your team to take the turtle.
Do not leave your lane wide open but if needed do a quick rotation in mid and help your carry to get kills. You can perform these skills to get an advantage.

Late Game
Paquito’s weakness is getting Burst or Crowd Control. So try to play him safely in this late phase. His ultimate gives 2 instant stacks so cast

and then enhanced skills are available. Try to gank enemies ADR first, once the enemy got hit by double Ultimate they can not move. Do not play Paquito as an initiator instead of that try to lure enemies to your ally and then take the advantage of your shield and kill that enemy.

Final Thoughts
Paquito’s skills have a short-range which gives him weak team fight capabilities like he can not even chase a champion like Kimmy. Though his ultimate can hit multiple enemies, although his skill 1 and skill 2 is hard to hit several targets at once. Side by side Paquito is a complete skill-based hero which means you need to learn combos to use it properly. He is not as easy as Alucard but not as hard as Chou.
But his skills CD is too short so you can spam it often to get kills easily but also remember Paquito’s skill 1 is his only defense and he is vulnerable to enemy CC.
